By creating an account or using DripSocial, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DripSocial is a social media scheduling and management tool that allows you to compose, schedule, and publish posts to connected social media platforms. The service also provides analytics and account management features.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use DripSocial.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through DripSocial. By using the service, you grant DripSocial a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., publishing your posts to connected platforms).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Do not use DripSocial to post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or in violation of any connected platform's terms of service.

5. Connected Platforms

When you connect a social media account, you authorize DripSocial to interact with that platform on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service. DripSocial is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension of your accounts.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep DripSocial available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts depend on third-party API availability, and we are not liable for posts that fail to publish due to platform outages, API changes, or expired authentication tokens.

7. Pricing

DripSocial is currently free during early access. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give advance notice and honor any commitments made to early access users.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

DripSocial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DripSocial and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
